200 Million dollars to be Invested in Turkey

Financial Dimensions (FD) plans to invest 200 million dollar in Turkey over three years, starting in Bodrum in cooperation with Günyap Construction with an investment amount of 50 million dollars.. The project called Bay Peninsula includes 57 residences to be built on 90 thousand square meter property in the first stage of the project. Seventy percent of the residences are sold already.Financial Dimensions (FD), a leading company in London active in the finance, asset management, real estate and project development sector, has completed most of the sales of the 57 residences in the prestigious project called ‘Bay Peninsula’. Tunç Güven, the corporate customer service director of Financial Dimensions, said they select buyers of the residences in this joint project with Günyap Construction on a common culture criteria. “From tailoring to clean-up, we will provide all possible services and with our Concierge concept we want to stress our distinction,” Güven said. “With this project we plan on investing 200 million dollars in Turkey over a period of three years.”
