Question related to real estate sales agreement
Good morning.
Today I would like to respond to another question related to real estate sales agreements. Actually it begins to look like it may be a good idea to make a real estate file during the month of May. I am planning to write about the steps involved in buying property in Turkey. Such a real estate file may help investors as a basic guideline for their investments in Turkey.
The question is as follows: “Hi, we’re buying a holiday house in Bodrum and we are about to sign a real estate sales agreement with the developer. We are fine with the price and terms, but we are not happy about the description of the house. It is a very general description. It gives us the feeling that the house may not be the house we would like to buy. What will happen if the house does not look as it is supposed to on the completion date? What should we write into the sales agreement so we can make sure that we can have the house we dream of, or at least we can make a legal claim if we are not satisfied with the look of the house?
